Given the small handfull of idiots who seemed outraged that you would -gasp- mourn your dog’s death (and BTW, I’m really, really sorry to hear about that), I’m wondering if this might be the result of some form of hackerly mischief. Just a wild guess, but maybe worth looking into.
In any event, I’m glad that nobody was physically injured or anything, and I hope that you’re able to get your regular blog back up and running with a minimal amount of hassle. I also hope that you’re starting to feel a bit better in general, and that you didn’t take the words of a few malicious jerks too much to heart.

I don’t know how much longer I can look at these mortuary colors without falling into a funk. I eagerly await the return of the lovely green when your other site is rescued.

Not so fast Jane! — If you are wondering where everyone else went, we are being automatically redirected back here. (i.e., clicking on my bookmark to janegalt.net causes me to be automatically redirected to janegalt.wordpress.com). I think you need to uncheck automatic redirection somewhere somehow
